Our Process

Consultation

The process begins with an initial hour long consultation with you, as the client to get an understanding of your project brief. This consultation is a broad gathering of information about your project. We will also discuss preference requirements and value engineering of the contract. This will then be used in the next step — design services.

Design Services

This step will involve a site visit so we can properly assess the area. We will then create technical, concept and product boards. These boards will be shared with you in an hour long meeting, either remotely or in person. They will include: custom colour story/ colour palette, swatch samples, detailed descriptions of furnishings and conceptual style plans.

Planning

We will present a final design plan to you, either remotely or in person, detailing every step of the design and installation. We will also work with you to put together a timeline for deliverables and installation together with the agreed budget. At this stage, you will also need to approve the plans and pay for any furnishings — we will then order products ready for installing.

Project Coordination

Don’t worry about organising deliveries and installation, we’ll coordinate everything so it runs smoothly with this additional service. Following the approved design plans to make sure everything is in the correct place, we’ll install each and every product for you, as well as coordinating other trade professionals and contractors. This will bring the project to completion.
